Fences repaired or renewed, decking repaired or new, patios & all slabbing, Landscaping, astroturf installation, Sofit & facia repairs or renewal,  gutters repaired or renewed, most exterior property repairs, Painting (exterior & interior), wall mounted TV, Media walls & particion walls, ceiling cladding with/without lights, basic electrical work, basic plumbing work, basic hanydyman service including all the small jobs around the house,  

Prices can be by the hour or fixed.

Prices by the hour are  

One hour only                                     £80         

should you book this then require an extra hour or more that would be charged at the rate listed e.g. an extra hour that would be an additional £80 or 2 hours an extra £150 and so on, if it is available/possible as it could result in a longer working day. unless by prior agreement.

2 hours                                                £120

Morning (9am-12 noon)                       £150

Afternoon (1pm-4pm)                           £150

full day (9am to 4pm with 12-1lunch)   £275

Please note: all the prices above are labour only the customer can organise materials or parts, if required, or we can at the customers expense & included in the customers time booked or by arrangement on the day whichever you prefer.
